One Point Perspective Drawing

This is the title or content of my demo teaching.

Welcome Grade 5

 I also put this to show my students that they are welcome in my art corner especially in the grade 5 levels.

Art work

 I put art work on my board so that students can appreciate the topic or the lesson.

Step of how to draw one point perspective.

I put it on my board so that the students will know immediately and better understand the lesson which will focus on one point perspective drawing landscape.

Every child is an artist.

I like these quotes because I believe that every child has his or her passion and ability when it comes to art.

Alphabet

I put the alphabet in my art corner because I like that even though the students already know the letters, they can still see it and they won’t immediately forget it.

Bulletin board

Actually this is my bulletin board that I did last semester on one of our subjects. So I took him here to the art corner for other activities, rules etc. which will help students.

Flowers/butterfly

This is another design of my art corner that somehow isn't boring to look at and I really love flowers and butterfly designs so I thought of putting it on.

Blackboard

To make my art corner really look like a room, I decided to install a blackboard as well.

Shape

I put different shapes that are colorful as design so that the art corner also has different elements that can appreciate the arts.

When you enter in this classroom

I put it in my art corner because I believe that all learners have the skills and characteristics they possess as written here.

Numbers

I also put numbers because the art corner is also good with design numbers. We know that number is important to people because we often use it in our lives.

1. Clay

     Clay is utilized in the creation of seals, bricks, tiles, jars and jugs among other things. It has been used in sculpture to make models for the largest pieces, molds for work to formed in metal and as a sculpture in and itself. All ceramic bodies which is earthenware, porcelain, stoneware and ball clay contain clay as a main ingredients.

Clay is important for the young learners because it promote creativity and also give benefits like self confidence develop problem solving skills, improves hand-eyes coordination, it also therapeutic that can reduce stress, sadness and anxiety.

As a teacher we should promote this kind of art activity especially in elementary grades because it help a lot to our students to develop their patience and focus by molding a clay.

2. Drawing

Drawing 

    The linear representation of visual things, concepts, emotions, and fantasies, including symbols and even abstract forms, is referred to as drawing.

Drawing is one of the fundamental types of art. Drawing have a big role for  the learning of children, it helps to develop the cognitive skill of children. Drawing is important in any aspect of art because  when it comes in story telling it making an interest to the viewer. And  also thought drawing children can express their self. 

    Drawing skills is one of the basic skills that learners need to learn because its a natural and this help to boost their self confidence and improve their talents. Using pencils, chalk, charcoal, etc. we will form any shapes.

3. Crayon

Crayon is one of the most important tools when it comes to art. We use it to animate or give a life to drawing. Colorful drawing give us relaxation and it help to relieve stress especially for the young learners.

Crayon is one of the important art activity because it develop child's fine motor skills and the other skills. Furthermore, when you color more, your coloring talents will improve.
